Position

Security Guard – One position

Duty Station

Usevya-Mpimbwe, Katavi

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect the organization's property, staff, visitors, and assets
  • Control and monitor entry and exit of people and vehicles
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety
  • Report incidents and emergencies promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors and incidents
  • Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate of Secondary Education or higher
  • Formal security training is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Physically fit, able to work shifts
  • Integrity, discipline, good communication skills
  • No criminal record

Driver – One position

Duty Station

Usevya-Mpimbwe, Katavi

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the organization's vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws
  • Transport staff, visitors, and organizational materials
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained
  • Coordinate routine servicing and maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, and maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate of Secondary Education or higher
  • Valid driving license of the appropriate class
  • Certificate of Driver Training from a recognized institution
  • At least three years of experience
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and minor repair
  • Integrity, discipline, punctuality, and good communication skills
  • No criminal record
